NCE Energy and Emissions Trading Halden (NCE Halden) provides its partners with the opportunity to develop critical competence in energy and emissions trading. We are now establishing unique masters and PhD studies and creating a scenario and simulation centre where our partners can test out new products, new strategies and market designs. We invite our partners, and our partners’ partners, to participate on research projects to discover innovative solutions and gain first access to new knowledge. Our partners play an active role in shaping the rules which govern the energy industry.
