SAFE MEETINGS

Oslo Science Park is a vibrant community and home of 300 companies. Our focus now is to provide necessary routines to prevent the coronavirus from spreading. These are our measures that apply all the meeting rooms:

Cleaning routines
We allow 30 minutes between every meeting to clean the room. Our customers are not charged for this extra time.

Antibac
There are antibac available in the meeting room, and alcohol swabs to clean microphones and remote controls.

Fewer chairs
We have removed furniture to make a distance of a minimum 1 meter between each person.

Whiteboard markers, pointers, etc.
They are removed from the meeting room and can be collected in the reception. They are cleaned and are delivered in a secure package. Please note that pens and notebooks are not provided due to safety reasons.

Lunch and coffee breaks
Gastro Catering and our bakery are both delivering food in single portions, wrapped for your safety.

Your responsibility as an organizer

As an organizer you are responsible for following the ruling infection control regulations from the health authorities. You need to provide a contact list of all participants. This is due to contact tracing in case of infection.

SAFE SCIENCE PARK

What we do in Oslo Science Park to prevent infection
We encourage proper hand hygiene in Oslo Science Park to prevent the spread of disease. Antibac has been made available at strategic locations.

Service and cleaning functions are made especially aware during this period, paying extra attention to heavily-trafficked areas. Extra cleaning personnel will focus on cleaning and disinfecting frequently used surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, and card readers in all buildings.

What can you do?
No 1 advice: If you are sick, stay home.

Cough etiquette and proper hand hygiene are some of the simplest and most effective procedures for preventing the spread of disease. Also, avoid big crowds, skip handshakes, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, cough, or sneeze in a paper tissue or in your elbow.
