Coffee & Chips
"Coffee & Chips" is an informal lecture series exploring semiconductor and sensor technology in Europe. On August 14, we will hear a talk by Sindre Mikkelsen from Sony.
The Oslo office of Sony Semiconductor Solutions designs image sensors mainly for the automotive industry. The talk will give a general introduction to image sensors and explain some of the main challenges for automotive applications such as self-driving cars, driver assist systems and parking surveillance.

About CC-NorChip:
The competence center CC-NorChip will, over the next four years, offer free support to small and medium-sized enterprises to lower the threshold for adopting advanced technology. The goal is to raise competence and competitiveness in Norway and Europe by strengthening Norwegian companies’ ability to utilize advanced technologies and capacities both nationally and internationally.
