Fitness Room (U1)

Every Tuesday a group will gather in the Fitness Room to do a high intensity circuit training, and you are welcome to join us. The circuit is a full body workout, using primarily bodyweights exercises and cardio machines. All exercises can be adjusted to your own strength/fitness level, so everyone can join.
Bring a water bottle, exercise clothes, and perhaps a small towel.
Spaces are limited, so make sure to reserve your spot in advance at Service Desk.
