Do you have a startup that needs access to expertise, a network, facilities, and perhaps funding? Then you can apply for a spot at one of our three incubators Startuplab, Aleap, or ShareLab.
SUITE: For growing companies that may not yet need an entirely separate office, office suites are a good solution. With a suite, you are part of a work collective with your own offices but share a kitchen and meeting rooms with other innovative and growing companies.
OFFICE: With a private office, you get a lockable workspace while also having the opportunity to participate in the community whenever you desire.
FLOOR: Larger companies can have their own space or an entire floor, including common areas.
Over 15% of our rentable spaces are laboratories for small and large businesses. We have expertise in planning, building, and operating laboratory spaces and can adapt existing facilities to your needs.
At ShareLab, you can rent a space in a shared laboratory where equipment and operations are included. You become part of an exciting environment and can both share and gain experiences from others.
If you wish to conduct more specialized experiments or need more space, you can rent a lab suite at ShareLab. Furnishing and operations are included, but you use your own equipment.

Our staffed Service Desk welcomes your guests and assists you with practical questions. Here, you can, among other things, drop off your dry cleaning, order a taxi, send and receive post, and get access cards.
Our fitness room is equipped with treadmills, weights, rowing machines, and more. All tenants can purchase a membership at a favourable price. Memberships at SiO Athletica are also available for a reduced price.
We have three locker rooms with showers and lockable cabinets available for all tenants.
The entrance to the parking garage is located further past the main entrance of Oslo Science Park. Note that the first parking garage belongs to visitors of UiO. For Oslo Science Park's parking, continue the road for about 100 meters.
Parking for mobility-impaired individuals is available in the U1 section of the car park.

Parking agreement:
Tenants have the opportunity to enter into a parking agreement in the parking garage at a monthly rate.
If you cycle to work, you can safely park your bike in the secured indoor bike cage. In the bike wash area, you can both clean your bike and perform minor repairs.
Forskningsparken Montessori is just a stone's throw away and is established specifically for families with their workplace in Oslo Science Park. Both the professional staff and the facilities support Maria Montessori's philosophy and pedagogy.
Our caretaker makes sure we have a well-functioning and tidy building and outdoor area. The caretaker can be requested for services such as moving, furniture assembly, and similar tasks.
Cleaning is included in the rent.
Drop off your dry cleaning at the Service Desk on Tuesday and pick it up the following Friday.
We offer full network coverage throughout Oslo Science Park, providing both a secure network for your company and a guest network for your visitors. In addition, we offer Eduroam for users in research, higher education, and further education.
